CCPM Add-on and Businessmap Integration

Processing in Connection with the CCPM Add-on and Businessmap Integration

Our application at ccpm-addon.xuviate.com enables users to connect their existing Businessmap accounts (provider: Businessmap Ltd., 13 Viskyar Planina St., 1606 Sofia, Bulgaria) via an interface (API) with additional analysis and visualization functions.

Authentication with Businessmap is performed exclusively by the respective user themselves using a personal Businessmap API key. This key is provided by the user and is temporarily processed on the server side for each request to the Businessmap API in order to enable communication between the CCPM Add-on and Businessmap. The key is not stored or logged permanently; after completion of the respective request, it is automatically discarded. Xuviate GmbH never has independent access to these credentials at any time.

The CCPM Add-on only accesses data for which the respective user is authorized within Businessmap. Xuviate does not permanently process any project content or personal data from Businessmap, but only temporarily for the purpose of displaying or synchronizing the operations initiated by the user.

Xuviate GmbH is a Premier Partner of Businessmap Ltd., but is not a data processor acting on behalf of Businessmap and is not part of any contractual relationship between Businessmap and its customers. Any data processing in connection with the use of Businessmap is exclusively subject to the privacy policy of Businessmap Ltd.

User Authentication via Supabase

To access the CCPM Add-on, we use the authentication service provided by Supabase (provider: Supabase Inc., Ireland / USA). In doing so, personal data necessary for the creation and management of a user account is processed, in particular email address, password hash or login token, and login timestamps. This data is processed exclusively to provide and secure access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for abuse and access control (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Supabase processes this data as a technical data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and only based on documented instructions from Xuviate GmbH. Data is not shared with third parties. Data may be transferred to third countries as part of technical operations; in such cases, Supabase provides appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Diagnostic Data

In order to ensure the stability, security, and functionality of the CCPM Add-on, we collect technical and diagnostic data. This includes, among other things, the start and end times of sessions, Businessmap API functions accessed, error messages, performance parameters, and anonymized technical log information. This data is used exclusively for maintenance, security, and error analysis purposes and is not used for profiling or marketing evaluation. The data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and is then deleted or anonymized.

Hosting and Infrastructure

The CCPM Add-on is hosted on the Vercel platform. Supabase is used for configuration and user settings. Both providers process data exclusively on behalf of Xuviate and are subject to data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. If data is transferred to third countries as part of operations, this is done solely under the use of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is carried out either

  • for the performance of a user contract or the provision of the requested service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or
  • based on our legitimate interest in the stability, security, and functionality of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
