Why You Should Start with Kanban at the Team Level

If Kanban is so powerful, you may ask, why don't more organisations drive its adoption from the top down?

I could give the tongue and cheek answer that David and Theodora told us so in their Kanban Maturity Model... but this would not be the truth as the model is merely a reflection of what they saw happening in the real world!

Instead, in this Business Agility Daily episode I present a very simple driver for why we believe it is best to start a serious Kanban implementation at the team level.
