Here is a sad reality: It doesn't matter how much you get done, there always seems to be more stuff waiting for your attention.

To just continue plodding along, however, is a really bad idea and you will burn out at some stage, guaranteed!

In this video I'll share with you a simple technique I use to prevent this from happening and ensure I keep performing at peak levels!
