Making policies explicit is a really important Kanban practice.

Stated differently, we should not hide our rules in manuals or worse, in the heads of team members.

In this video I use a powerful analogy to explain why this is so important.

I also show the Xuviate Kanban implementation to point out how we visualise some of our work rules.
