Kanban Lens 1 – See Work as a Flow

So what exactly is this Kanban I keep referring to again and again?

You are correct if you think it is a task-management board you can use to get more work done...

But this is only a tiny part of the picture.

In fact, if you put on the Kanban Lens you are on a path to see your work in a completely new way, resulting in much higher performance and happier teams.

In this Business Agility Daily I will apply the first Kanban Lens filter and explain why you should see all work as a "flow from customer need to needs met"!

Next up is Kanban Lens 2, which tells us to see our workflow as a sequence of knowledge discovery steps.
