Most of us have learned how to interact and stay connected with each other in a regular office environment.

To just assume that this will easily translate into the world of remote working, however, is a big mistake as many teams new to it will soon find out.

In this video I share some ideas about the types of interactions you should seek to keep work flowing, maintain team culture and also look after the psychological health of each team member.
