Yasen (Jason) Spasov Customer Success Lead, Kanbanize

Jason is the lead Customer Success Manager at Kanbanize for the medium and enterprise customers.
During the last 3 years, he became an expert in Lean and Agile methodologies and is consulting customers from around the globe specializing in various industries. However, his greatest passion and expertise lie with the IT Operations domain, where he is supporting teams and organizations in their Kanban adoption.
He started as a Network Operations Center engineer in the biggest Internet Service Provider in Bulgaria and then became Field Installation Engineer for VoIP SMB & Enterprise solutions.

In 2006 Jason was selected for Cisco Sales Associate Program (CSAP) (130 associates from 45 countries), based in Amsterdam, for one year.
After successful completion spent the next 4 years as System Engineer for Telecom and Enterprise solutions for Cisco Systems in Bulgaria. He was responsible for Network Management & Monitoring Systems, Carrier Ethernet Networking, Enterprise Routing & Switching, VoIP & Video Collaboration platforms, ISP and Cable Video Service technologies, etc.
After a period working as Product Manager for Enterprise and Telecom datacom solutions in Huawei joined a startup company in the Middle East. As a Project Manager and Business Development Manager, he successfully co-led the biggest Video Service Provider project for the broadcast industry in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region for Cisco.
