Rika Myburg, then Head of IT at Griqualand West Cooperation, started her IT career in 1995 at one of South Africa's major banks.

There she spent 15+ years in various IT leadership positions and in 2014 took up her current position as Head of IT at GWK, a mid-market Agricultural business.

In this session she will share her experience of the difference between enterprise and mid-market and what unique challenges await IT Leaders in the latter sector.
