Over the last 24 years, Caroline has worked with numerous multinational teams in 18 ICT organisations/departments on countless IT system projects and IT governance programmes in South Africa, Ireland, USA and Qatar. She has a proven capability to help manage change, bring stakeholders to the table and engender a culture of facilitation and participation, resulting in successful outcomes, empowerment and ownership.
Since 2013 she has been writing and speaking about the practical aspects of data privacy compliance requirements for small to medium-sized business owners.
Her hands on background in digitilisation projects, Information Management and operational IT Systems helps organisations develop practical approaches to designing and implementing policies for the governance of structured data (systems and databases) and unstructured information (emails, documents, spreadsheets, images and formal records).
Her recent studies towards a degree in Communication Sciences have formalised her ability to design and implement organisational change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of systems and new ways of working.
