6 Steps For an Effective Service Delivery Review

Many teams who use Kanban declare victory once they have visualised their work on a board and implemented a daily standup.

This is unfortunate as such a Kanban implementation will almost certainly unravel at a later stage, much to the glee of the naysayers who believe that going agile is overhyped.

To prevent this you need to institute a regular Service Delivery Review meeting and develop the discipline to run it properly.
